Ordering Policy
If there is a problem with your VGA to Video order, we will notify you via email or phone. If you notice an error with your order or you do not believe you received an order confirmation, please contact us so we can fix it! Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping in the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order if it is in stock. Shipping via standard UPS ground will take an additional 3-5 business days. Remember not to include weekends or holidays when calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment. Tracking information is provided to you in a ship confirmation email sent through UPS Quantum View. Return Policy
We take pride in our customer service! OmniConnector offers unlimited warranty on all VGA to Video products. If you are at all dissatisfied with your product, you can ship it back in the original packaging when applicable, and we will gladly refund you your original, full purchase price - no hassle, no questions. When you purchase a product online, your credit card is charged only when your order is shipped, and your credit card information is never re-used except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.
